- Can you ship outside of Germany?
Currently my on-line shop ships from Germany to Germany, but if you are interested in purchasing any of the art pieces, please don't hesitate to contact me through lorena[a]perolorena.com or via the contact form. I'll try to get back to you as soon as possible and find a shipping solution that would suit you.
- How long does it take?
Your order will be processed and shipment will be made within 4-5 days upon order. I will notify you of when the order has been shipped. Please keep in mind that this site is a one-person shop and each order is supervised and prepared carefully by me.
When placing your order, please check the destination address is correct. If due to a mistake it cannot be delivered, it will be returned to me and a new shipment must be arranged.
- How is my art packed?
I´ll pack your order responsibly and with care, making a conscious use of packaging materials which will depend on the item or items quantity, size and nature. Taking into account the safe arrival of your purchase and using the necessary packaging.
Usually, I use tracing paper to softy cover the art piece. Smaller format pices (like A5, A4 or A3) will be sent with a semi rigid cardboard to avoid folding. Pieces on paper on larger formats will be rolled and shipped in a cartboard tube. In case of any specific requirements regarding shipment, please let me know at lorena[a]perolorena.com.
- What if my art arrives damaged?
I am so sorry this has happened! Although all orders are packaged and handled with care, I cannot guarantee this treatment for the entire shipment. If your order is visibly damaged, please email me at lorena[a]perolorena.com, sending pictures of both the packaging and its contents and we will see how it can be solved.
- Can I return a purchase?
Yes. I would be very sorry that that happen but if you are not satisfied with your order upon receiving it, you have the right to return it within a maximum period of 14 days after receiving it.
Please note that I will not cover the return shipping costs and that the amount you paid for the purchase will be refunded once I have received the returned item and verified that it is in the same condition as when I sent it.
